For over two decades I've worked up close with women. Across industries, across seasons of life, and across the moments that actually change everything. The big ones and the quiet ones too.
I've also been in it myself. I've built five businesses from the ground up. I know what it feels like to lead, to carry the weight, to make decisions alone, and to want more without wanting to burn everything down to get there.
Along the way I've created events and experiences with one thing at the heart of them: spotlighting, celebrating, and giving visibility to the women who deserve to be seen. And supporting every woman in the room while doing it. Honestly, putting other women in the spotlight comes more naturally to me than putting myself there. Real talk.
